You have the opportunity to:

Join our team Sales Analyst & Executive Assistant to CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, sales research & would provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The Sales Analyst role will play a key role in helping our sales team achieve their goals by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision making. The EA side of role would be a dynamic position which requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include: • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. • Create sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the CEO. • He/she will provide support and assistance to the MD in developing, implementing and monitoring new business strategies / initiatives for the organization. • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEOs ability to effectively lead the organization. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Graduate with MBA from a top tier B School. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and sales • Ability to multi-task, successfully adapt to changes in work priorities. • Should be a self-starter and able to take responsibilities and meet the target within the timeline set. • Ability to meet deadlines and should have eye for detail. • Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI • Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, metrics, and KPIs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
