• Sales Support: Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Sales Operations: Managing daily sales operations, including processing orders, and tracking shipments.
• Data Analysis: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Report Generation: Creating sales reports and forecasts based on data analysis.
• Strategy Development: Contributing to the development of sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential customers. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 2 years of experience as a sales analyst with a proven record in the field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical abilities
• Self-starter
• Good time management / able to multitask
