Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and consultants to achieve sales targets.
Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners to expand the network.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities with channel partners.
Generate qualified leads and ensure smooth conversion through channel partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team for broker meets, events, and promotional campaigns.
Track and analyze sales performance of partners, providing regular feedback and support.
Ensure timely communication of project updates, pricing, and offers to channel partners.
Negotiate terms with partners to ensure win-win outcomes for both sides.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
