JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager/ Deputy Manager / General Manager Department - Sales Location: Meerut & Sonipat. Profile Summary: We're seeking well-groomed, customer-focused professionals to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships in the luxury property space. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. 2. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. 3. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team. 4. Organizing and conducting property visits, facilitating buyer-seller negotiations, and completing transactions. Strategic Relationship 1. Leverage existing networks and explore new avenues to identify suitable channel partners. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property developers. 3. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing. Reporting & Analysis 1. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field. Skills: Preferred Experienced candidates in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate sales. Strong local market knowledge. 6+ years of experience in real estate sales. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and trends. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Collaboration: Team player with a willingness to learn.
