Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Sales Agents to join our core team. If youre passionate about real estate, confident in closing deals, and eager to grow financially and professionally we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage and convert qualified leads into successful closures

2) Conduct site visits and client meetings with a consultative sales approach

3) Understand client requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions

4) Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business

5) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

1) 2-3 years minimum experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

2) Proven track record of closing deals

3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

4) Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach

5) Graduate or above (preferred)
