Job Description

Role Overview: This is a commission-only freelance opportunity for ambitious and well-connected individuals with real estate experience or the ability to generate leads and close high-value deals. You will work independently but with full backend support from our in-house team. Key Responsibilities: 1) Source, manage, and close residential real estate deals 2) Conduct meetings, site visits, and client consultations 3) Maintain regular follow-ups and build a loyal client base 4) Coordinate with APMs central team for inventory access and sales support Who Can Apply: 1) Real estate professionals, freelancers, ex-agents, or consultants 2) Minimum 2 years experience preferred (not mandatory if highly driven) 3) Must be self-motivated, persuasive, and capable of working independently 4) Should have good networking or client-generation skills What We Offer: - Highest commission slabs in the market - Incentives & bonuses for exceptional performance - Immediate commission release upon deal closure no waiting! - Full project support, training (if required), and digital marketing materials - Freedom to work from anywhere field or remote Location : Gurugram (Dwarka Expressway Focus) | Remote/Field-Based
