Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide accurate and timely maintenance and reporting of MIS - Sales for the company. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends. Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams. Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality up-to-date support material.

  • Presenting weekly/monthly sales reports to the Senior Management

  • Coordinating with the Marketing team to create promotional materials.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

  • Performing Marketing trend analysis.
  • Developing recommendations for sales and marketing
  • Presenting data interpretations
  • Keeping informed of technological innovations


KEY COMPETENCIES


  • The ability to present the accurate sales report.

  • Presentation skills

  • Sales comparison based on research.

  • A candidate should possess good communication and analytical skills.

MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Operations from a reputed institute

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.

Must-have skills and experience.


1. Strong understanding of sales operations, territory management, and field force dynamics. 2. Analytical and data-driven decision-making. 3. 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Sales Admin(SFE), Sales Enablement, or similar roles. 4. Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving user adoption of new tools and processes. 5. Effective communicator with ability to influence senior and field stakeholders. 6. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC reporting tools (Reports, Dashboards, etc.). 7. Working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
