To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, with an MBA preferred. You should also have at least 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on IT/OT cybersecurity solutions. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, along with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, will be crucial.
