Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive BFSI partnership acquisition and growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients, implementing employee benefit programs and co-marketing initiatives while achieving monthly partnership revenue targets of $1M+.
- Partner Management Support
- Assist in managing strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies
- Support the Senior Manager in high-value negotiations and deal closures
- Maintain regular communication with 10-15 assigned BFSI partners
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate implementation of co-branded products and marketing campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments and SLAs
- Track and report partnership performance metrics weekly
- Execution of Partner-Related Marketing Activities
- Support creation of marketing materials for bank channels (branch collaterals, emailers)
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Reporting & Process Improvement Suggestions
- Prepare weekly partnership performance dashboards
- Analyze partnership data to identify growth opportunities
- Suggest process improvements based on partner feedback
- Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip

Key Partnership Activities:
Co-Branded Credit Cards:
- Support launch and promotion of travel credit cards
- Coordinate with bank's card division for offer creation
- Track card acquisition and usage metrics
- Manage welcome benefit fulfillment
Employee Benefit Programs:
- Onboard corporate clients for employee travel benefits
- Set up corporate accounts and wallet systems
- Train HR teams on platform usage
- Monitor employee adoption rates
Bank Channel Integration:
- Integrate Soctrip offers in bank apps/websites
- Manage promotional campaigns through bank channels
- Coordinate with bank's digital teams for API integration
- Track conversion from bank referrals
Coupon & Cashback Programs:
- Design attractive cashback offers with bank partners
- Manage coupon distribution through bank channels
- Track redemption rates and optimize offers
- Ensure proper reconciliation of cashback claims
Requirements:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferredExperience
: 2-5 years in business development/partnerships, preferably in BFSI or travel industryDomain Knowledge
:- Understanding of banking products and services
- Knowledge of corporate travel and expense management
- Familiarity with credit card industry and loyalty programs
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Technical Skills
:- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Basic understanding of API integrations
- Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management
