Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development, administration, and support.
  • Collaborate with the IAM team, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather application onboarding requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Integrate business applications, infrastructure systems (e.g., AD, LDAP, UNIX), and HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) into the SailPoint IIQ platform.
  • Develop and configure provisioning workflows, RBAC models, roles, policies, certifications, and connectors.
  • Participate in SailPoint upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for onboarding processes and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements through well-documented and secure implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ components such as lifecycle events, policies, rules, workflows, certifications, and roles.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise platforms like Active Directory, LDAP, ACF2, UNIX/Linux systems, and cloud or on-premise HR systems.
  • Proficient in Java, BeanShell, and scripting languages such as Unix Shell, PowerShell, Batch, and VB Script.
  • Familiar with DevOps environments and version control practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web technologies (Tomcat, JBoss, JSON), and directory services.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, RBAC, and Kerberos.
  • Familiarity with databases like Oracle and SQL Server, including SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.) as they relate to identity governance and security.
