About the Role

Sagility is hiring for its US Healthcare Member Desk. This inbound voice role involves assisting US insurance members with benefits, coverage, ID cards, provider search, and claims-related queries. The role demands excellent communication, accuracy, and adherence to compliance.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound calls from US healthcare members regarding eligibility, benefits, and coverage
    • Verify member identity per HIPAA confidentiality rules • Explain deductibles, copays, coinsurance, OOP limits, and network benefits • Provide support for ID card issues and help members locate in-network providers • Give claim status updates, explain denial reasons, and guide members through appeal steps • Route complex or escalated issues to claims/appeals/backend teams • Document all call details accurately in internal systems • Maintain script adherence, call quality, and compliance standards

Must-Haves

  • Excellent English communication • Comfortable working in

    US Night Shifts

    • Understanding of HIPAA & confidentiality • Ability to follow scripts and processes • Strong listening skills, empathy & patience
