We Have urgent  Required

Safety Supervisor / Safety Officer / EHS Officer

Qualification - ADIS/ PDIS / NEBOSH / or Any Safety Courses with any technical qualification - like Diploma or Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical or BSC PCM

Freshers Experience both for Surat , Ahmedabad, Vadodara , Jamnagar, Mundra, Vapi, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi , Banglore ( Candidates should be able to join pan India)

Industrial Construction,Steel plan, Power Plant , High Rise Commercial Building, Petrochemical industries, Oil & Gas

Salary - 32000 to 55000 / month & accommodation available 

 

  • Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification:

     Regularly inspects the site, identifies potential risks (e.g., equipment, processes, hazardous materials), and assesses their severity.

  • Policy & Procedure Development:

     Creates, updates, and enforces safety policies, plans (like JSA, Emergency Response Plans), and safe work procedures.

  • Training & Education:

     Delivers comprehensive training on safety protocols, equipment use (PPE), emergency procedures, and hazard awareness.

  • Compliance Monitoring:

     Ensures adherence to local, national, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) and maintains safety records.

  • Incident Investigation:

     Investigates accidents, near misses, and injuries, prepares reports, and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Emergency Preparedness:

     Organizes and conducts emergency drills, manages first aid, and oversees response to fire, spills, or other crises.

  • Equipment & Material Safety:

     Supervises the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, and ensures proper maintenance of safety equipment.

  • Promoting Safety Culture:

     Works with management and employees to build a proactive safety-first environment, encouraging hazard reporting and promoting health.     
  Essential Duties Include:
  • Conducting safety audits and inspections.
  • Managing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
  • Reviewing Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
  • Coordinating with authorities and management.
  • Maintaining safety records and registers. 
In essence, a Safety Officer is a proactive guardian, ensuring a secure environment by balancing operational needs with stringent safety standards, thereby protecting employees and the organization.
