Job Description

Development of policies, procedures and guideline - Global / Indian standards, Benchmark & Risk assessment
Incident Management - Investigation , Root Cause analysis, & Identification of Innovative corrective actions
Risk assessment - Conduct risk assessment for all shop floor operations by using appropriate technique (HIRA, HAZOP & JSA etc)
Ensure Compliance of statutory requirements - Governed by DISH / PESO , Fire Safety ,Electricity Act & Rules
Safety training Need identification, Modules development, Planning & Implementation
ISO 45001 System awareness, Plan & conduct internal audit, Coordination of External Audit & Documentation
Develop and monitor safety performance metrices for OHC Management Leading & Lagging Indicators
Plan and execute employee engagement programs & conduct surveys to enhance proactive safety culture
Construction safety Management – Risk Assessment , Work Permit System
MIS reporting to management on a regular basis
Safety budget management & asset management related to safety projects & infrastructure – resource planning and optimization
