Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and training programs.
Collaborate with project teams to develop toolbox talks (TBT) content related to safety protocols and expectations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices for construction safety management.
Monitor PPE usage on-site and enforce non-compliances through effective communication channels.
