Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and policies.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and ensure statutory compliance.
Investigate accidents and near misses; prepare root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Organize safety induction, training programs, and emergency drills.
Ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage.
Maintain documentation of safety reports and submit performance data regularly.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering with Certification in Safety Management (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction safety management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
