Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HSE Leadership and Co-ordination

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Drive safety training, awareness, and employee engagement programs.
Lead incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and audits for high-risk activities.
Ensure safe work practices, SOP updates, and emergency preparedness.
Collaborate with managers to build a strong safety culture across operations.
Monitor EHS objectives, budgets, and training plans.
Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance through proactive initiatives.

Knowledge of
EHS laws, statutory regulations, and compliance norms
.
Strong skills in
risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis
.
Good communication and training abilities.
Ability to implement
safety management systems
in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in
MS Office & EHS documentation
.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Sc./M.Sc. (Environment Science) / Diploma / B.Tech (Safety, Environment, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)
.
Diploma in Industrial Safety
(preferred).
3 - 6 years of experience in
EHS roles within FMCG / Beverages / Food Processing / Manufacturing industry
.
Hands-on experience with
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
audits will be an added advantage.
