Job Description

We are looking for skilled Safety Engineers to join our team at Rcad Solutions, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with a focus on safety protocols.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans to prevent accidents and injuries.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and incident reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Proven experience in safety engineering, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
