Open Positions:

• Semiconductor/Fab/Pharma/Cleanroom projects (preferred)
• PEB structures and utility-related civil infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• The Candidate is responsible for implementing safety system, in compliance with the regulatory bodies & safety standards at site.
• To Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (Factories Act, OSHA, IOSH, BOCW etc.)
• Experience in Construction site Safety, Structural Erection safety, Electrical safety.
• To ensure that the Contractors/Subcontractors complies with All Health, Safety & Environment related requirements of Local rules and regulations.
• Ensuring all employees working at site are completed safety induction.
• Conducting safety induction for new Employees.
• To ensure that ALL employees are sufficiently trained related to the HSE Issues on a construction site.
• Conducting job specific TBT (Toolbox talk) before starting the work.
• Implementing and monitoring work permit systems.
• To ensure all Height work, Hot work, Confined space, Excavation, Electrical works are following all the safety guidelines at site.
• Identifying hazardous conditions & practices in workplace by regular inspections and suggest suitable improvements/corrective measures and escalate to management.
• Conducting & participating emergency mock drills.
• Ensuring an accident/injury free workplace.
• Accident incident investigation.
• Ensuring that contractors are not compromising on matters related to HSE.
• Coordinating with the Project Head/Safety head on matters related to HSE.
• Evaluating the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) procedure and ensuring its implementation by the respective Contractors.
• Ensure appropriate/standard PPE is procured.
• Site Safety Inspections, Safety Audits.
• Ensure 100% of PPE compliance at site.
• Testing effectiveness of site emergency response plans.
• Complying & maintaining necessary compliance reports pertaining to the projects.
• Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Assessment and approval of subcontractor activities.
• Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality.
• Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste.
• Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures.

Qualifications:

Required Skills

• Should be able to read, write and speak- English, Telugu & Hindi.
• Required Industrial Safety experience.
