Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Safety Engineer position located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Safety Engineer will oversee workplace safety, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and implement effective safety protocols. Responsibilities include developing and delivering safety training, identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring occupational health and security standards are maintained at construction sites. The role will also require close collaboration with project teams to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Safety Engineering and a strong understanding of Construction Safety practices
Knowledge of Occupational Health and expertise in ensuring workplace safety and well-being
Experience in designing and conducting comprehensive safety training programs
Understanding of Security measures in the context of construction projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to assess risks effectively and implement proactive solutions
A degree or certification in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in safety management within the construction industry is highly advantageous
