Job Description

Role Overview: As a Reporting Analyst at our company, you will be part of a global, multicultural, collaborative, and agile work environment. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with key stakeholders to provide systematic insights, accurate data visualization, intuitive dashboards, and data modeling to facilitate the adoption of analytics in decision-making processes across the organization. Additionally, you will support internal stakeholders with ad-hoc tasks such as project work and operational activities. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for a specific business unit regarding all reporting requirements within a small reporting team - Take ownership of front-end data development to enhance data quality and accessibility within a global data governance team - Develop and implement reporting strategies, defining business requirements and proposing solutions - Identify and manage data sources using tools like SAP BW, BW4/HANA, and Power PI - Create dashboards using data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud - Collaborate with IT developers to ensure smooth data flow from back-end to front-end - Participate in global and regional information management meetings to align on priorities and improvements - Drive innovation, simplification, and complexity reduction through asking the right questions Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Data Science (Master's preferred) - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Skills: - Experience in reporting, particularly in an international setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Strong analytical skills and ability to think contextually - Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud/Power BI and other reporting tools - Knowledge of SQL, VBA, R, and Python programming is beneficial - Detail-oriented with a structured working approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a cross-cultural environment, and maintain high output quality Additional Company Details: At our company, we value diversity and believe that a mix of backgrounds leads to a more vibrant and innovative team.
