SaaS Sales Account Executive

You will be working as a Sales Account Executive(SaaS) at Shipturtle, a company revolutionizing e-commerce with innovative solutions for online retailers. Your role will involve engaging with clients, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing product adoption. You will conduct live product demonstrations, handle inbound leads, and close deals to ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and an understanding of e-commerce platforms are essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Engage with clients and conduct live product demonstrations at Google Meet. - Understand customer requirements and position Shipturtle's solutions effectively. - Respond to inbound sales inquiries via email, chat, and calls. - Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive sales conversions. - Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to provide customer insights for product enhancements. - Manage leads and customer interactions using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. - Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to optimize the sales process. Requirements: - 4-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to conduct engaging and persuasive product demos. - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. - Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management. - Basic understanding of SaaS sales, e-commerce, or tech-based solutions.
