🎯 Role Overview

As a SaaS Product Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships — guiding business owners, startups, enterprises and teams to adopt our SaaS platform effectively. You’ll combine product knowledge, consultative selling, and business insight to deliver real impact.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Understand client needs and offer tailored SaaS solutions

Conduct product demos and consultations (via call/online)

Drive product onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction

Collaborate with the tech and support teams for seamless delivery

Keep CRM and status of propects up to date

Provide customer feedback to improve product features

✅ Requirements

Fresher or less than a year of experience in SaaS / IT sales or consulting

Strong communication and presentation skills (Malayalam & English preferred)

Ability to understand business use-cases and propose solutions

Familiarity with digital tools, websites, CRMs, or ecommerce

Bonus: Prior experience in Kerala markets or regional businesses
