Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAAS Fusion Cloud Test Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in UATSIT testing, specifically Oracle HCM or other fusion module configurations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAT processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Roles and Responsibility

Translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases, scripts, and review technical design document specifications.
Participate in defect triage calls, work with business users on defect assignment, track issue resolution, and close UAT defects successfully.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
Collaborate with external and internal project partners to ensure system up-to-date and optimized with product release patches and new features.
Identify and resolve issues before the system goes live, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for UAT testing.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of UAT processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Expertise in translating functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and reviewing technical design document specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a good understanding of UAT methodologies and business processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external and internal project partners, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB CSTE) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
