Job Location:- Remote Role & responsibilities Job Description : S/4 HANA OTC Consultant Implementation experience in a Retail Industry/projects, including implementation of OMNI channel sales process in S/4 HANA. Implement and configure SAP S/4 HANA modules related to order-to-cash (OTC) processes, including Sales, Credit Management, Distribution, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, customization, and enhancement of OTC functionalities using SAP Activate or other implementation methodologies. Experience in implementing SAP CAR and integration with S/4 HANA. Exposure to Signavio and understanding of EML best practices, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and map business processes to SAP S/4 HANA functionalities. Integration knowledge of S/4 HANA with surrounding systems (Transportation, Warehouse, Order Management Systems), knowledge of Event-based Integration. Perform data migration activities, including data cleansing, data mapping, and data conversion for OTC-related master data and transactional data. Provide guidance and support to business users during testing, training, and user acceptance phases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules, including investigating and resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis. Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA OTC functionalities, best practices, and industry trends, and recommend process improvements and system optimizations. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure integration and alignment of OTC processes with other business functions. Document system configurations, business processes, and user manuals as per project requirements. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Payment Engine Consultant with a strong background in functional configuration, payment processing systems , and custom development . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with VISA payments , backend integration (Backs), and a deep understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycles within financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the functional configuration of SAP Payment Engine (PE) to meet business requirements. Customize and enhance SAP PE for payment processing across various channels including VISA payments . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PE with core banking systems and backend platforms . Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development.
