SAP OTC || CAR

Job Location:- Remote Role & responsibilities Job Description : S/4 HANA OTC Consultant Implementation experience in a Retail Industry/projects, including implementation of OMNI channel sales process in S/4 HANA. Implement and configure SAP S/4 HANA modules related to order-to-cash (OTC) processes, including Sales, Credit Management, Distribution, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, customization, and enhancement of OTC functionalities using SAP Activate or other implementation methodologies. Experience in implementing SAP CAR and integration with S/4 HANA. Exposure to Signavio and understanding of EML best practices, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and map business processes to SAP S/4 HANA functionalities. Integration knowledge of S/4 HANA with surrounding systems (Transportation, Warehouse, Order Management Systems), knowledge of Event-based Integration. Customize and enhance standard SAP S/4 HANA OTC functionalities to meet specific business requirements. Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Perform data migration activities, including data cleansing, data mapping, and data conversion for OTC-related master data and transactional data. Provide guidance and support to business users during testing, training, and user acceptance phases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules, including investigating and resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis. Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA OTC functionalities, best practices, and industry trends, and recommend process improvements and system optimizations. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure integration and alignment of OTC processes with other business functions. Document system configurations, business processes, and user manuals as per project requirements. Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Confluence, is desirable. Timing: CET
