The individual will be responsible for providing translation services between Russian and English, managing communication and correspondence in both languages, and coordinating meetings and schedules. Additional responsibilities include assisting in administrative and executive support tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring effective cross-cultural communication within the organization. The candidate will actively support senior management by handling critical liaison work with Russian-speaking stakeholders.QualificationsProficiency in written and spoken Russian and English, with excellent translation and interpretation skillsStrong organizational and time management abilities for efficient schedule management and administrative supportEffective communication and interpersonal skills to manage business relationships with Russian-speaking stakeholdersAttention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to prepare clear and concise reportsFamiliarity with FinTech or financial industry terminology is a plusPrevious experience in executive assistance or personal assistant roles with a focus on translation work is preferredBachelor’s degree in Languages, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in office management tools and software
