Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ruby on Rails Developer located in Tiruchirappalli. The Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for developing back-end components, connecting applications with other web services, and assisting front-end developers by ensuring their work integrates with the application. Day-to-day tasks include writing server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additional responsibilities include implementing security and data protection and developing integration of data storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development skills
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks
• Proficiency with Test Driven Development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with cloud-based services is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
