Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails / React

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced software engineer with strong hands-on skills in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend development.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in Agile processes including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and responsive UI components
Follow Test-Driven Development to ensure code quality and maintainability
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve team output
Diagnose and resolve issues using logs, alerts, and monitoring tools
Contribute to internal tools and team documentation
Support and enforce coding guidelines and engineering standards
