Job Description

RTU Commissioning Engineer - Third Party Roll (Renewable)

Role & responsibilities

Technical:

Commercial / Other requirement: -

Complete understanding of Electrical panel drawings, Hands on experience in RTU/PLC/HMI/SCADA - PLC logic understanding, logic development, SAT, IO Testing, Field trails with end customer
Hands on experience in HMI/3rd party device integration with TCP/IP and Serial communication protocols and HMI screens development, IO mapping & integration with RTU/ PLC/HMI/SCADA.
Hands on experience and commissioning of different protocols like MODBUS TCP/IP, Serial, IEC Protocols, DNP, FF, Profibus will be added advantage.
Knowledge in PID logics, Instruments calibration, field instruments integration and troubleshooting skills.
Inspection of all interconnecting cables connectors in RTU, FF, TIC and Other Panels
Knowledge in understand the panel drawings, cable schedule, termination schedule, P&IDs
Prepare of field service report, DPR (Daily Progress Report) etc.
Materials and Services work Measurement & Reconciliation
Customer RA Billing & certifications
Site Documentations & Claim settlement etc
As-built markup etc if any other points will be discussed later stage.
