1. Preparation of new equipment / facility specifications.
2. Preparation of cost estimation as per project
3. Ensure Layouts Preparation and sign off.
4. User requirement specifications sign off.
5. Preparation of functional requirement specifications and sign off.
6. Preparation of Gantt charts for individual projects.
7. Preparation of Qualifications (DQ, IQ & OQ)
8. Preparation of Asset tagging lists in the plant as per the procedures.
9. Installation & Erection of the Equipment and commissioning
10. Inspection of the equipment / materials received at engineering stores.
11. Planning, scheduling of project works.
12. Preparation of plant and equipment layouts for the documentation requirements.
13. Inspection of the equipment / materials received at engineering stores.
14. Ensuring the usage of safety gadgets by work force
15. Ensuring work permits raised for Hot work, work at height, vessel entry, general work permits etc.
16. Co-ordinating with production blocks in charges related to documentation.
17. Internal audits by EY project execution and expenses.
18. Any unplanned work related to the projects which are not covered in the above lines.
