Fabrication Engineer :-

Responsibilities :-

1 Lead the design and implementation of fabrication processes,

ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and

refine product specifications and fabrication methodologies.

3 Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of

continuous learning and innovation within the team.

4 Utilize advanced CAD software and simulation tools to

create accurate models and prototypes for testing and

validation.

5 Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement

and implement effective solutions to enhance operational

efficiency.

6 Conduct thorough failure analysis and develop corrective

actions to mitigate risks and improve product reliability.

Job Profile: Fabrication Engineer

1. Design & Planning:

Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Develop fabrication plans and procedures.

Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes.

2. Process Development:

Define and optimize fabrication processes like cutting,

welding, bending, and assembly.

Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement

techniques.

3. Project Oversight:

Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams.

Supervise fabrication teams or subcontractors.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to

specification.

4. Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety

regulations.

Conduct inspections and tests on fabricated components.

Implement corrective actions for quality issues.

5. Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation such as process

instructions, inspection reports, and material certifications.
