Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring quality control, performing welding, mechanical engineering, machining tasks, and managing projects on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong welding and machining skills, a sound understanding of mechanical engineering principles, hands-on experience in fabrication processes, and the ability to interpret and work with blueprints. Additionally, you must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively.
