Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication Engineer located in Indore. The Fabrication Engineer will oversee daily manufacturing processes, manage machining and welding operations, and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role involves working closely with project teams to meet production goals, maintaining quality control, and troubleshooting fabrication issues as they arise. Additionally, the Fabrication Engineer will play a key part in coordinating project timelines and optimizing manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on skills in Welding and Machining
• Experience in Quality Control to maintain high manufacturing and production standards
• Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery within deadlines
• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with project teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the wastewater or environmental solutions industry is a plus
