RTR Process Team Lead

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a General Accounting Lead, responsible for managing the Record-to-Report (RTR) process in a shared service environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in RTR processes, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with SAP Finance and relevant modules. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee book closing, reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and fixed assets to ensure accurate financial reporting - Manage the entire R2R cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting - Coordinate financial closing activities across entities and validate journal entries - Review financial statements, maintain SOPs for R2R processes, and prepare management reports - Lead closing processes, resolve operational issues, and identify process gaps for automation - Ensure SLA adherence, monitor process efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes Qualifications: - Education: Preferred Bachelor's Degree/M.Com/MBA/Cost Accountant - Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in RTR (GL Accounting) - Location: Mumbai (Airoli) and Bangalore - Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day (US Shift) - Certification: Preferred Chartered Accountant; Consideration for other relevant qualifications If you are a results-oriented professional with a strong background in RTR processes and a passion for driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at NEC Software Solutions (India).
