RTR Process Team Lead

Role Overview: You will lead the general accounting process in the NEC Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC) for all country units. Your role will involve managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals, overseeing RTR process re-engineering, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and decision support for NEC country units. Key Responsibilities: - Must have proven experience in RTR process, preferably in a shared service environment, and managing a team of executives - Strong attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented - Good working knowledge of Finance processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules - RTR process re-engineering and project management skills - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Coordinate and ensure timely completion of financial closing activities across entities - Review financial statements and provide insights for management reporting - Maintain and improve SOPs for R2R processes to ensure consistency and efficiency - Ensure accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing, and compliance activities - Participate in cross-functional projects such as ERP implementations, automation, or compliance programs - Supervise team members, conduct performance reviews, and support skill development - Identify process gaps and lead automation - Ensure SLA adherence by team, focus on building efficiency in the processes, manage escalations Qualifications: - Education: Preferred Bachelors Degree/M.Com/ MBA/Cost Accountant - Experience (years): 10 to 12 years of experience - Relevant Experience: RTR (GL Accounting) - Location: Mumbai (Airoli) and Bangalore - Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day (US Shift) Company Description: NEC Software Solutions (India) is proud to be part of the global NEC Corporation brand, with over 30 years of experience in providing end-to-end IT services across the globe.
