Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the Record to Report operations including journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting policies
Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization and automation initiatives.

Must have skill set

CA-qualified professional.
Should have 8 years of Experience in RTR operations & delivery.
Strong expertise in journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and adherence to accounting policies.
Proven experience in month-end close, intercompany accounting, and financial compliance.
Ability to work UK shift hours with flexibility when required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
