Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement in production costs and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain standard costing systems for products, processes, and inventory valuation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product costs through process improvements and cost reductions initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS), company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in Cost Accounting or related field (ICWA preferred).
Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel formulas such as HLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables etc. .
Experience with SAP Analytics or similar ERP systems an added advantage.
