RSA specializes in empowering security-first organizations in various industries to thrive in a digital world by delivering complete capabilities for modern authentication, access, lifecycle management, and identity governance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute validation & reconciliation and prepare control reports for critical data/processes - Prepare manual booking when necessary and assist Accounting Operations in reconciliation on a regular basis - Provide necessary reporting to finance partners such as GLs, cash forecasts, and similar - Offer overall support to HR and related Departments like Pension, FI/CO, Commission, Insurance, etc - Assist with audits of internal records, workers" compensation, tax filings, related documentation, and other compliance-related work **Qualifications Required:** - Customer focus and good communication/interpersonal skills - Sense of priorities & Ownership - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent attention to detail - Great sense of confidentiality - Precise and accurate with numbers - Able to work effectively in a team and independently - Must be willing to learn, understand, and deal with global countries and different legislation - Ability to generate innovative ideas and practical solutions to improve processes - Open to change If you are self-motivated and looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, RSA is the place for you.
