Job Title: RPO Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in vendor and stakeholder management . The role involves sourcing and hiring top IT talent, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring. Manage vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders for workforce planning. Maintain recruitment reports and optimize hiring strategies. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirement 3+ years of IT recruitment experience with vendor & stakeholder management. Experience in sourcing and talent acquisition. Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.). Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies. Previous experience in a similar industry or domain
