Job Type: Full-time

• Provide L2 & L3 support services, including monitoring
  • Create and maintain SOPs for support work • Collaborate with IT and DR teams for patching and drills • Monitor bot infrastructure and application performance • Share reports and metrics regularly • Support 24x7 operations including holidays • Participate in knowledge sharing and shift handovers

Mandatory Skills

• UiPath Advanced Certified Developer
  • Experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++, ), scripting and databases (SQL) • Experience in developing automation on the UiPath platform; aware of UiPath Admin activities, multi bot architecture • Extensive RPA support experience in: - Incident Management - Service Request Management - Maintenance of Production, DR, and non-prod environments - System Monitoring and Reporting • Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents within SLA • Experience in amending code, testing, and deployment • Strong customer-facing experience • At least one year of professional experience in programming, SQL, and application development

Additional Skills
