Support financial due diligence engagements including data gathering, financial statement review, and analytical procedures.
Assist in identifying key business drivers, financial trends, and potential deal risks.
Prepare sections of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, schedules, and dashboards.
Perform benchmarking, ratio analysis, and quality-of-earnings assessments under guidance.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain documentation, working papers, and compliance with internal quality standards.
Conduct research on companies, sectors, and market performance to support deal evaluation.
Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and deliver within tight deadlines.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving orientation.
Knowledge of audit, accounting standards, or transaction support preferred.
