YOUR ROLE:

A chance to make the difference. The Senior Software Developer WPF is responsible for designing, developing, and leading technical aspects of Allplans desktop software in C#.

Acting as the technical lead for WPF and C#, this role involves building complex features, guiding junior developers, and ensuring delivery of robust, high-quality solutions in a cross-functional team environment.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/WPF solutions that align with product requirements.

• Lead complex feature development, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices via reviews and unit testing.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team. • Collaborate with product management, QA, and design to define requirements and solutions.

• Participate in architecture and design discussions, driving improvements to tools and processes.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis to resolve customer and QA issues.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Extensive software development experience with strong expertise in C#/WPF.

• Proven track record in software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable solutions.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical leadership skills. • Experience mentoring or guiding teams and delivering complex software projects.

• Solid knowledge of agile development practices and CI/CD environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in English.
