IT Services & Business Process Automation — enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) implementations for Shared Services, Finance, HR, and Customer Operations. We are hiring an on-site UiPath RPA Developer in India to join a delivery-focused team building and supporting production-grade automation at scale.Role: UiPath RPA Developer (On-site, India)We seek a hands-on developer to design, build, deploy and maintain UiPath automations across transactional and semi-structured processes. The role requires end-to-end ownership from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and live support in a fast-paced delivery environment.Role & Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable UiPath automations using Studio and REFramework to meet business requirements and SLAs.
Configure Orchestrator assets, queues, schedules and deployments; manage Robot provisioning and run-time monitoring.
Develop robust workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#; integrate automations with SQL databases and Excel-based systems.
Build exception handling, logging, retry logic and alerting to ensure reliable production bots and minimize manual interventions.
Collaborate with business analysts and QA to perform code reviews, unit testing, and UAT; prepare deployment packages and runbooks.
Provide production support and continuous improvement—identify automation optimizations, performance tuning and operationalizing bots.

UiPath certification (Developer/Advanced Developer) or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
