RPA UI Path Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining a delivery-focused team in India as an on-site UiPath RPA Developer. Your main responsibility will be designing, building, deploying, and maintaining UiPath automations across transactional and semi-structured processes. This role will require you to take end-to-end ownership from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and live support in a fast-paced delivery environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable UiPath automations using Studio and REFramework to meet business requirements and SLAs. - Configure Orchestrator assets, queues, schedules, and deployments; manage Robot provisioning and run-time monitoring. - Develop robust workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#; integrate automations with SQL databases and Excel-based systems. - Build exception handling, logging, retry logic, and alerting to ensure reliable production bots and minimize manual interventions. - Collaborate with business analysts and QA to perform code reviews, unit testing, and UAT; prepare deployment packages and runbooks. - Provide production support and continuous improvement by identifying automation optimizations, performance tuning, and operationalizing bots. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in end-to-end UiPath RPA development and production support. - Hands-on exposure to Orchestrator queue design, scheduling, and deployment best practices. - UiPath certification (Developer/Advanced Developer) or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
