: RPA Developer (UiPath)

Location

: Chennai (Relocation Mandatory)

Shift

: Swing Shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST)

Max CTC

: ₹28 LPA

Notice Period

: Immediate to 60 days

Must-Have Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or MCA
No diplomas or 3-year degrees like BCA/BSc

Experience

6–8 years of total industry experience
Minimum 6 years in RPA development & administration
At least 4 years of recent hands-on UiPath development
No employment gaps, job stability (min 2 years per company) required

Technical Skills

Expert in UiPath, including Orchestrator
Strong in .NET (C#, VB), VBA, HTML, SQL
Exposure to Git, REST API, SAP automation, Excel automations, Python integrations
Hands-on experience with end-to-end RPA lifecycle
Familiarity with OCR tools (ABBYY)
Code review, best practices, deployment/support documentation

Soft Skills

Strong communication (verbal & written)
Client interaction & requirements gathering
High learning agility & analytical mindset

💡 Nice-to-Haves

UiPath Advanced RPA Certification
Knowledge of AI, cognitive services, data science
Experience integrating RPA with application dev languages
Understanding of business domain compliances
