RPA Developer

Role Overview: As an RPA Developer, your main responsibility is to assist in the design, development, and testing of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. You will collaborate closely with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into RPA workflows using tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere. Your role includes ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance of automated processes while learning and applying RPA development best practices under the guidance of senior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business users and analysts to identify processes suitable for automation, analyze workflows, inputs, and outputs to determine feasibility. - Design and build RPA bots using selected RPA platform tools, create workflows, define activities, and configure data mapping. - Conduct thorough testing of developed RPA solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Create and maintain clear technical documentation for developed RPA solutions, including process flow diagrams, user guides, and deployment instructions. - Provide support for existing RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates to maintain functionality. - Actively learn about new RPA features, best practices, and technologies to enhance automation capabilities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in RPA development. - Proficiency in UiPath and knowledge of RPA platform tools. - Understanding of fundamental programming concepts in a scripting language. - Strong analytical skills to identify automation opportunities and translate them into RPA workflows. - Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and debug RPA solutions. - Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with data manipulation, database concepts (SQL), Agile development methodologies, APIs, and web services. - RPA certifications (depending on the chosen platform).,
