RPA Developer

RPA Developers (Junior & Senior) –

Positions:

Junior RPA Developer – 3 to 7 years relevant experience

Senior RPA Developer – 7 to 10 years relevant experience

Notice Period: 0 to 30 Days (Immediate)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation Development Design, develop, and implement automation workflows (preferably using Automation

Edge, or strong UiPath experience with ability to upskill).

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into

scalable technical solutions.

2. Document Understanding

Implement document processing solutions using UiPath Document Understanding /

Automation Edge.

Configure & train ML models for classification and data extraction.

Optimize OCR performance using ABBYY, Tesseract, Google Vision API, or similar.

3. Integration & Testing

Integrate RPA workflows with external systems (APIs, databases, enterprise

applications).

Conduct unit and integration testing, debug workflows, and ensure quality deliverables.

4. Maintenance & Support

Monitor deployed automations, handle exceptions, and ensure business continuity.

Troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows for efficiency.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end-users and peers.

6. Best Practices & Compliance

Follow RPA best practices (scalability, exception handling, logging, and security).

Stay updated on advancements in RPA/AI/ML and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding)

OR Automation Edge (preferred).

Proficiency in OCR tools: ABBYY FlexiCapture, Tesseract, Google Vision API, etc.

Solid programming/scripting knowledge: VB.NET, C#, or Python.

Good understanding of SQL for database operations.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer / Document Understanding Specialist).

Experience with Automation Edge or other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue

Prism).

Exposure to AI/ML integrations and cloud-based automation solutions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
