Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using tools like

  UiPath

  ,

  Automation Anywhere

  , or

  Blue Prism

  .
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design automation workflows.
• Build reusable components, scripts, and templates to enhance automation capability.
• Perform bot testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor bot performance post-deployment and support ongoing maintenance.
• Document automation processes, best practices, and solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in

  RPA development

  .
• Proficiency in

  UiPath

  ,

  Automation Anywhere

  , or

  Blue Prism

  .
• Understanding of

  workflow design

  ,

  exception handling

  error logging

  .
• Strong skills in

  VB.NET, C#, Python
