Position Overview:

Ordron seeks a skilled, motivated RPA Developer for a remote, contract-based role. You will develop and manage automation processes using UiPath, collaborate with clients, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and Python.
• Assess processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Manage attended and unattended robots for client ease of use.
• Test and troubleshoot workflows for accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain and optimize existing solutions.
• Provide client training and support.
• Create detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate internally to enhance RPA best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

• Expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots) and Automation Hub.
• Python scripting proficiency.
• Understanding of data extraction (OCR, PDF parsing).
• Knowledge of databases and data structures.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Integration capability with legacy systems.
• Knowledge of API connections and integrations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience as an RPA Developer.
• UiPath RPA Developer certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation:

• ₹80,000 - ₹110,000 INR per month
