About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT services and Intelligent Automation sector, delivering enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across finance, supply chain, and shared services. We are hiring for an on-site RPA testing role in India focused on validating resilient, production-ready bots and automation pipelines for enterprise clients.Role & Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for RPA bots across functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cycles.
Create and maintain reusable test artifacts: test plans, test cases, test data, and automated test suites for bot validation.
Perform API and backend validation for bot integrations, including database checks, queue/transaction validations, and exception scenarios.
Work closely with RPA developers and business analysts to reproduce issues, triage defects, and verify fixes in development and staging environments.
Build and run automated test frameworks and scripts to accelerate regression testing for frequent bot releases.
Monitor bot logs and orchestration dashboards, validate retry/exception handling, and support production verification during deployments.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience testing RPA solutions or automation applications (enterprise environment preferred).
Experience validating end-to-end automations including front-end, API, and database layers; familiar with exception handling and retry mechanisms in RPA flows.
Strong scripting ability for test automation and data setup (Python, VB.NET, or C# preferred).
Willingness to work on-site in India and coordinate closely with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
